Kids Connect
-Kids Connect: following worship and during the message at 10:45 for babies - 5th grade
Kids are looking for identity, and many of them are finding their answers outside of the church. Our goal is to help kids find their identity by sharing God’s truths and who He says they are.
What We are Learning
What We are Learning
We use Hyfi curriculum, which:
Teaches 12 biblical truths—guiding kids to learn who they are because of who Christ is
Creates a culture of belonging centered on relationships, so every kid feels welcomed and included
Fosters a fun atmosphere with high-quality media and games
Provides biblically sound content with a clear picture of Jesus and the gospel in every session
Includes small discussion groups where kids can ask questions and apply God’s Word to their own lives.
Take a journey through the New Testament with us! We’ll look at what it meant to follow Jesus back then to see what it means to follow Him today.
PK: ages 2.5 - 5 years
Younger elementary: K-2nd grade
Older elementary: 3rd - 5th grade
Meet the Children & Family Minister
Christi Olson
Christi has been a dedicated member of West Main for many years and officially joined our staff as the Children and Family Minister in 2018. She facilitates several programs, including Sunday Morning Kids Connect, Wednesday Night Bible Busters, and various community and family events. Christi's commitment to these activities stems from her genuine care for kids and families. There is no better way to demonstrate that love than by sharing the message of Christ with them.
